Neill Blomkamp, that DISTRICT 9 guy, what has he been doing lately?
Not well. Not well at all. But everybody loves a come back story and Neill has launched two webseries this year. FIREBASE and this 21 minute short just might turn things around.
Without giving anything away, RAKKA is Neill back to doing what he does best, at his best. This has that DISTRICT 9 feel that put him on the map.
